These terms govern use of Change Lens. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with documents or images you are authorized to process.

1. Comparison assistance

Change Lens is a comparison and information tool. Detected differences, summaries and AI explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, financial, insurance, employment or other professional advice. Verify consequential decisions against the original source material and qualified advice where appropriate.

2. Your content

You retain responsibility for the documents and images you select. You must have the right to process them. Do not use Change Lens to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for activity under your account. You may export or delete your account from Account settings.

4. Paid plans

Paid-plan prices, billing periods and included limits are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscription billing is handled by the configured payment provider. You may manage an active subscription through the available billing portal when enabled.

5. AI features

AI output can be wrong. Standard AI requests use structured comparison results; selected clause context is sent only after explicit permission. You remain responsible for checking the underlying source text.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage limits, or take action to protect the service from abuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to compromise the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Change Lens is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on automated comparison or AI output without verification.
